    Scott Middleton Fundraiser Benefit

    2:00 pm-5:00 pm

29935 Three Notch Rd, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622, USA

IT’S TRUE! Scott is turning 40! We were planning a Benefit/Fundraiser for his KidneyTransplant so why not mix a little fun and positivity to the situation!!

YES, he does have an FB but, he is never on it anymore so PLEASE DO NOT tell Scott about this Event happening. We will have a Buffet and of course Cake/Cupcakes (included in your ticket entry price) DJ, Silent Auction (including baked goods so bring a Homemade Dessert & see how much it sells for) 50/50 RAFFLE DRAWING & more. If you have anything unique you want to donate let Kaitlyn, Kayla or I know. We are currently looking for items for the Silent Auction.

Your Buffet will include: Fried Chicken, Hot Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Mac n Cheese, Salad, Green Beans, Cole Slaw and Rolls (Coffees, teas & sodas) Alcohol Beverages are separate at the bar. Children are welcome as we are separated from the Bar Area! Entry Fee $35.00 a Person (which includes your ticket stub for the buffet).

FYI: Kidney Transplants alone for just the surgery cost Approx $260,000 (not including dialysis, pre-meds, post-meds, the cost for the donors’ surgery, etc.

We are required to get secondary insurance before they will give Scott a Transplant due to the high cost of meds. We would not be doing these fundraisers and asking for donations if we didn’t have to). We thank you and everyone’s support that has prayed, shared, donated, called and texted us, We hope you will come out and Celebrate Scott’s 40th and his Benefit/Fundraiser.

He needs his Friends, Family, and Players to show him “LOSING IS NOT AN OPTION”. PLEASE SHARE THIS TO YOUR FRIENDS AND SCOTT’S FRIENDS TO SHOW HIM WE HAVE HIS BACK, HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!!!!
