Violate Protective Order- On November 21, 2019, Dep. Edelen responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported protective order violation. The investigation determined Gilbert NMN Estevez, age 30 of Leonardtown, attempted to contact protected parties named in a court order by sending messages via another person. Estevez is prohibited from contacting the victims by a valid court order. Estevez was charged with two counts of Violate Protective Order. CASE# 66384-19
Assault- On November 21, 2019, Dep. Luffey responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. The investigation determined Kenneth Michael Banks, age 48 of Mechanicsville, assaulted the victim during an argument by punching the victim in the head. Banks was charged with Assault 2nd Degree. Theft/Rouge and Vagabond– On November 25, 2019, Dep. T. Snyder responded to the 21900 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported burglary to a motor vehicle. A suspect description was obtained and Jamey Allen Miller, age 41 of Lexington Park, was located in the area. Dep. Snyder made contact with Miller and recovered some of the victim’s stolen property on Miller’s person. Miller was arrested and charged with Theft and Rogue and Vagabond. CASE# 67418-19
Assault- On November 27, 2019, Dep. Graves responded to the 18400 block of Point Lookout Road in Park Hall, for the reported disturbance. The investigation determined Nicholas Scott Hurley, age 23 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by strangling the victim causing visible injuries to the victim’s neck, striking the victim in the face, and pushing the victim to the ground. Hurley was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 67695-19
Theft- On November 27, 2019, DFC. Budd responded to the 45100 block of First Colony Boulevard in California, for the reported theft. The investigation determined Imani Contess Scarborough, age 20 of Lexington Park, attempted to steal various items by not scanning them while in the self-checkout line. When DFC. Budd made contact with Scarborough, she initially provided a false name. Ultimately, Scarborough was identified and charged with Theft and False Statement to Peace Officer. CASE# 67844-19
Assault- On November 27, 2019, Dep. Schell responded to the 22900 block of Gunston Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. The investigation determined Jennene Christine Obremski, age 43 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by striking the victim in the face, causing injury. Obremski was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 67878-19
Assault- On November 28, 2019, Dep. Raley responded to the 22000 block of Cartwright Road in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. The investigation determined Markees Antoine Branch, age 28 of Leonardtown, assaulted the victim by kicking the victim, knocking the victim to the ground, and punching the victim in the head, causing visible injury. Branch was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 67886-19
Assault- On November 29, 2019, Cpl. Seyfried responded to the 45200 block of St. George’s Avenue in Piney Point, for the reported assault. The investigation determined Leslie Carol Pitts, age 54 of Piney Point, assaulted the victim by punching and slapping the victim in the head, and striking the victim with a cellphone during an argument. The visible injury was observed to the victim and Pitts was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 68386-19
Assault- On November 29, 2019, Cpl. Knott responded to the 22700 block of Washington Street in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. The investigation determined Brianna Leigh Floyd, age 25 of Owings, assaulted the victim by striking the victim in the face several times during an argument. Floyd was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 68408-19
Assault- On November 30, 2019, Dep. Forinash responded to 45500 block of Kilbeggan Court in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. The investigation determined Ja’sean Ijae Reed, age 21 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by pushing the victim to the ground and shutting the victim’s leg in a door, causing injury to the victim’s leg. Reed was charged with Assault 1st and 2nd Degree. CASE# 68587-19
Assault- On December 2, 2019, Dep. Salas responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center located in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. The investigation determined Douglas Lee Oliver Jr., age 30 of Leonardtown, threw a cup of coffee towards the victim and punched the victim repeatedly. Oliver was charged with Assault 2nd Degree.
