UPDATE 5:37 p.m. Per the MdTA, all lanes are now reopened. Expect residual delays as traffic gets moving.
Newburg, MD- The Charles County Sheriff’s Office is reporting a crash on the Nice Bridge. Traffic is backed-up at least 2 miles on the Maryland side.
All lanes are currently blocked on for the southbound crash. Police say they will begin alternating lanes shortly.
Watch for emergency vehicles and expect extreme delays.
