Leonardtown, MD- On Saturday, August 10, 2019, at 3:30 a.m., the St. Mary’s County 9-1-1 was alerted to a structure fire on Longmore Street in Leonardtown.
The Leonardtown VFD responded with 10 personnel and had the blaze under control in 25 minutes. The Office of the State Fire Marshal was called out to investigate.
The Fire Marshal lists the damage to be at $100,000.00 and the cause has yet to be determined. There were no known reports of injuries associated with the fire.
