The Intruder is a 2019 American psychological thriller film directed by Deon Taylor and written by David Loughery. The film stars Michael Ealy and Meagan Good as a couple who buys a house in the country, only to realize its previous owner (Dennis Quaid) refuses to let it go. It is scheduled to be released in the United States on May 3, 2019, by Sony Pictures Releasing.
A young married couple, Scott (Michael Ealy) and Annie (Meagan Good) Howard, buy their dream home in Napa Valley unaware that the previous owner Charlie Peck (Dennis Quaid) has a deadly plan to get his property back.
In May 2018, it was announced that the worldwide distribution rights had been acquired by Screen Gems at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival, after production had been completed under the title Motivated Seller.

The Southern Maryland Chronicle is a local, small business entrusted to provide factual, unbiased reporting to the Southern Maryland Community. While we look to local businesses for advertising, we hope to keep that cost as low as possible in order to attract even the smallest of local businesses and help them get out to the public. We must also be able to pay employees(part-time and full-time), along with equipment, and website related things. We never want to make the Chronicle a “pay-wall” style news site.
To that end, we are looking to the community to offer donations. Whether it’s a one-time donation or you set up a reoccurring monthly donation. It is all appreciated. All donations at this time will be going to furthering the Chronicle through hiring individuals that have the same goals of providing fair, and unbiased news to the community.
