St. Mary’s Women’s Tennis Concludes Regular Season CAC Play

ST. MARY’S CITY, Md. – The St. Mary’s College of Maryland women’s tennis team (0-16, 0-6 CAC) completed its regular season CAC play today as they took on the thirteenth ranked University of Mary Washington (15-4, 6-0 CAC).

St. Mary’s – 2, Mary Washington – 7

Doubles –

  • Claire Bodine and Alden Grosh took a point from the nationally ranked Eagles duo of Rachel Summers and Lauren Quinn but dropped the match. The Seahawks would claim a point in doubles through a forfeit by Mary Washington.

Singles –

  • St. Mary’s claimed their lone singles point through a forfeit by the Eagles.

Up Next for the Seahawks

4/19 – The Seahawks will conclude their regular season play on Friday as they travel to Hood College to take on the Blazers with first serve starting at 2:00 P.M.
