04/05/19-  Mark Albert Fenwick Jr., age 26 of Park Hall, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Violation of Probation/Threat of Arson, and Obstructing and Hindering by Dep. Luffey# 352.  CASE# 19913-19

04/05/19-  John Gregory Thompson, age 38 of Thurmont, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Theft $25,000-$100,000, Issue False Document, and Bad Check/Issue by Dep. Edelen# 330.  CASE# 19170-19

04/06/19-  Tremaine Javon Berry, age 29 of Lexington Park, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for FTA/Driving While Suspended by Dep. Sidorowicz# 328.  CASE# 20133-19

04/07/19-  Sean Cameron O’Donnell, age 32 from Lusby, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for FTA/Theft and Theft Scheme by Cpl. White# 200.  CASE# 20352-19

DUI:

04/05/19-  Dep. Fretwell located a vehicle in a ditch in the 28100 block of Three Notch Road in Mechanicsville.  Contact was made with the operator of the vehicle, India Lateisha Webb, age 29 of Annapolis.  It was determined Webb was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.  Webb was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving While Impaired by Alcohol.  CASE# 19862-19

04/05/19-  Malcolm Edward Newman, age 60 of Hughesville, was stopped for a traffic infraction in the 29300 block of Three Notch Road in Charlotte Hall.  Newman was found to be operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol and was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving While Impaired by Alcohol, Driving Without a License, and Driving a Vehicle Not Equipped With an Ignition Interlock Device by Dep. Wynnyk# 351.  CASE# 19866-19 (No Photograph Available)


04/07/19-  Dep. Edelen responded to the 21200 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance.  Investigation determined Corey Allen Barbour McDowney, age 40 of Lexington Park, drove a vehicle to the location intoxicated and began causing a disturbance.  McDowney was charged with Driving Vehicle So Impaired by Alcohol Incapable of Driving Safe and Driving While Impaired by Alcohol.  CASE# 20286-19

The Southern Maryland Chronicle is a local, small business entrusted to provide factual, unbiased reporting to the Southern Maryland Community. While we look to local businesses for advertising, we hope to keep that cost as low as possible in order to attract even the smallest of local businesses and help them get out to the public.
