St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Arrests for April 13, 2019

Theft- On April 5, 2019 Dep. Edelen responded to the 22500 block of MacArthur Boulevard in California for a reported theft.

Leann Nicole Manis

Investigation determined Leann Nicole Manis, age 20 of Great Mills, stole property belonging to Marshall’s store while employed at the store.  Manis was arrested and charged with Theft $1,500-$25,000 and Theft Scheme.  CASE# 19991-19


Assault- On April 6, 2019, Dep. Luffey responded to the 21600 block of Great Mills Road in Great Mills for a disturbance inside a vehicle.  The vehicle was located and contact made with the occupants.

Marquis Tyron Lundy

Investigation determined Marquis Tyron Lundy, age 26 of Washington, D.C., assaulted the victim by grabbing the victim around the neck during an argument.  The victim displayed visible signs of injury and Lundy was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 20172-19


Assault- On April 7, 2019, Dep. Bowling responded to the 45900 block of Fox Chase Drive for the reported assault.  Investigation determined during an argument Shawn Patrick Jeffries, age 26 of Lexington Park, struck the victim in arm and head with a hammer causing injury.

Jeffries was arrested and charged with Assault 1st & 2nd Degree.  CASE# 20296-19


Violation of Protective Order- On April 7, 2019, Cpl. Tirpak responded to the 45700 block of Langley Park Way in Lexington Park, for a possible protective order violation.  Investigation determined Brian Andrew Holdaway, age 56 with no fixed address, came to the victim’s residence and began to gather belongings.

Holdaway is prohibited from being at the victim’s residence per an active court order.  Holdaway was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order.  CASE# 20347-19
