St. Mary’s Sheriff’s DUI’s and Citations for March 29, 2019

03/17/19-  Flaviano Guerrerro-Carrillo, age 30 of Lexington Park, was stopped for a traffic infraction in the 18000 block of Pt. Lookout Road in Park Hall.  Guerrerro-Carrillo was found to be operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.  Guerrerro-Carrillo was charged with Driving While Impaired by Alcohol, and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Per Se by Dep. Kilgore# 347.  CASE# 16060-19 (No Photograph Available)


03/20/19-  Brittney Renee Thomas, age 29 with no fixed address, was involved in a motor vehicle accident in the 22700 block of Three Notch Road in California.  Thomas was determined to be operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.  Thomas was charged with Driving Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol by DFC. McCuen# 291.  CASE#  16940-19

03/21/19-  Ronald Lee Marshall, age 57 of Waldorf, was involved in a motor vehicle collision in the 45300 block of Alton Lane in California.  After striking the vehicle, Marshall failed to stop and left the scene.  Marshall was located operating his vehicle by Dep. Schell in the 22300 block of Three Notch Road in California.  It was determined Marshall was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.  Marshall was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving While Impaired by Alcohol, and Failure to Remain at the Scene of an Accident.  CASE# 17148-19

Criminal Citations

03/17/19-  James Lionel Medley Jr., age 34 of Mechanicsville, was charged with Theft via Criminal Citation by DFC. Ball, after investigation determined he had stolen property from Ace Hardware located on Triangle Drive in Charlotte Hall.  CASE# 11949-19

03/18/19-  Holly Nicole Danielson, age 46 of Mechanicsville, was charged with Trespass Posted Property by DFC. Roszell after Danielson entered onto property that had posted no trespass signs.  Danielson had previously been notified by the property owner not to enter onto the property.  CASE# 16276-19

The Southern Maryland Chronicle is a local, small business entrusted to provide factual, unbiased reporting to the Southern Maryland Community. While we look to local businesses for advertising, we hope to keep that cost as low as possible in order to attract even the smallest of local businesses and help them get out to the public. We must also be able to pay employees(part-time and full-time), along with equipment, and website related things. We never want to make the Chronicle a “pay-wall” style news site.

To that end, we are looking to the community to offer donations. Whether it’s a one-time donation or you set up a reoccurring monthly donation. It is all appreciated. All donations at this time will be going to furthering the Chronicle through hiring individuals that have the same goals of providing fair, and unbiased news to the community.
