Maryland State Police-Leonardtown Arrests and DUI’s for January 25, 2019

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Arrest records and descriptions provided by the MAryland State Police-Leonardtown Barracks.

The following people were arrested for Driving under the Influence:

  • On 1/17/2019, Beth Michelle Williams, 46 of Dameron, MD was arrested by Tpr M. Whitman
  • On 1/19/2019, Benjamin Joseph White, 38 of Lexington Park, MD was arrested by Tpr R. Kaszubski

The following people were arrested for Open Warrants:

  • On 1/17/2019, Teia M. Craig, 31 of Lexington Park, MD was arrested by Tpr R. Kaszubski for FTA-Violation of Probation.
  • On 1/17/2019, Osie M. Shade, 59 of Ridge, MD was arrested by Tpr M Posch for FTA-Violation of Probation.
  • On 1/17/2019, Amy Kathleen Russell, 38 of Lexington Park, MD was arrested by Tfc M. Johnson for FTA-Driving Uninsured Vehicle
  • On 1/19/2019, David Joseph Stallings, 59 of Waldorf, MD was arrested by Cpl. J. Pilkerton for Driving While Revoked; Driving w/o Required license.
  • On 1/19/2019, Corey Michael Aria, 26 of Lexington Park, MD was arrested by Tfc M. Johnson for FTA-CDS Possess Marijuana more than 10gms
  • On 1/20/2019, Marc Ryan Gill, 39 of Waldorf, MD was arrested by Tfc J. Mulhearn for FTATheft Less than $100
  • On 1/21/2019, Christopher Allen Kirk, 32 of Newburg, MD was arrested by Tfc J. Mulhearn for Theft $100 to under $1500.
  • On 1/23/2019, Vergil Michael Agostinelli, 27 of Leonardtown, MD was arrested by M/Tpr E. Evans for FTA-Driving on Suspended License.

The Southern Maryland Chronicle is a local, small business entrusted to provide factual, unbiased reporting to the Southern Maryland Community. While we look to local businesses for advertising, we hope to keep that cost as low as possible in order to attract even the smallest of local businesses and help them get out to the public. We must also be able to pay employees(part-time and full-time), along with equipment, and website related things. We never want to make the Chronicle a “pay-wall” style news site.

To that end, we are looking to the community to offer donations. Whether it’s a one-time donation or you set up a reoccurring monthly donation. It is all appreciated. All donations at this time will be going to furthering the Chronicle through hiring individuals that have the same goals of providing fair, and unbiased news to the community.
