CalvertHealth is in the midst of the largest expansion in its 100-year history. In September 2017, we broke ground on a three-story expansion project that will house spacious, modernized private patient rooms, outpatient services and areas for medical and support staff. The first stage of the $51 million expansion will be completed in summer of 2019, and the renovation to complete the entire project will be concluded in early 2020. Proceeds from this year’s gala will support our final efforts to raise funds for this transformative project to your community hospital. The benefits of healing in an all-private patient room are tremendous.
