SMCSO on-view arrests for November 20, 2018

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Mugshots and arrests briefs provided by the Public Information Officer of the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office; Leonardtown, MD. 

Assault-  On November 6, 2018, Dep. Fenwick responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center for the reported assault.  Investigation determined D’Montre Montez Bush, age 18 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by punching the victim in the face repeatedly over a dispute about  food.  Bush was charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 59764-18

Assault-  On November 8, 2018, Cpl. White responded to the 21000 block of Great Mills Road, in Lexington Park, for the reported assault.  Investigation determined Meghan Noel Reid, age 31 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim during an argument.  The victim suffered visible injury from the assault.  Reid was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 60137-18

Indecent Exposure-  On November 8, 2018, Cpl. D. Snyder responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center, for the reported indecent exposure.  Investigation determined Antonio George Queen, age 24 of Lexington Park, exposed his genitals to a correctional officer.  Queen was charged with Indent Exposure.  CASE# 60120-18

CDS Violation-  On November 9, 2018, Dep. Westphal stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction in the 22800 block of Three Notch Road in California.  During the traffic stop the passenger, Joshua Lee Borland, age 29 of Lusby, was observed concealing an item in his hand he attempted to discard.  The item was recovered and it was a pill; suspected Oxycodone.  Borland was arrested and charged with CDS Possession-Not Marijuana.  CASE# 60333-18

Theft of a Motor Vehicle-  On November 9, 2018, Cpl. Beishline responded to the 21800 block of Shangri-la Drive in Lexington Park, for a reported theft.  Investigation determined the victim left his vehicle unlocked and running outside a store to pick up an item.  When he walked back outside the vehicle was gone.  The vehicle was located nearby and was being operated by Edwin Rowe Kline, age 39 with no fixed address.  The victim was unfamiliar with Kline, and did not give him permission to drive or operate the vehicle.  Kline was arrested and charged with Motor Vehicle Theft.  CASE# 60461-18

Assault 1st Degree– On November 10, 2018, Dep. Westphal responded to the 19600 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault.  Investigation revealed Sylvia Denise Clinton, age 61 of Lexington Park, arrived at the victim’s residence and began creating a disturbance.  Clinton went into the kitchen and retrieved a knife and began slashing the victim’s duffel bag.  At some point she was disarmed by one victim, retrieved a second knife, and began to try to attack the second victim.  The first victim was able to restrain Clinton, until she again retrieved a third knife, and tried to go after one of the victims.  During this, one of the victim’s was struck in the face by Clinton, while she was restrained.  Clinton made slashing motions with the knife to one victim, and attempted to cut the legs of the other victim restraining her.  Clinton was ultimately arrested and charged with Assault 1st and Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 60585-18

 Assault-  On November 10, 2018, Cpl. Handy responded to the 46000 block of Dunleigh Court in Lexington Park, for the reported assault.  Investigation determined Annette Colfield Lee, age 55 of Lexington Park, became upset with the victim over a cellphone call.  Lee scratched the victim on the face and neck.  Lee was on scene, and was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 60637-18

 Trespassing-  On November 10, 2018, Cpl. Beishline observed Anthony Goldus Jackson, age 29 of Lexington Park, loitering in a parking lot in the 21000 block of North Shangri-la Drive in Lexington Park.  Jackson was contacted, and issued a notice not to trespass and instructed to leave the area.  Jackson refused several requests to leave the area, and was subsequently arrested and charged with Trespass-Private Property and Fail to Obey Reasonable/Lawful Order.  CASE# 60695-18

Assault-  On November 11, 2018, Cpl. Carberry responded to the 24300 block of McIntosh Road, in Leonardtown, for the reported assault.  Investigation determined Dylan Marshall Hill, age 26 of Leonardtown, assaulted the victim by striking the victim in the face, causing injury.  Hill was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 60780-18

Assault–  On November 11, 2018, Cpl. Handy responded to the 46900 block of Shangri-la Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault.  Investigation determined Robert Lee Driggers, age 52 with no fixed address, struck the victim in the face causing injury over a dispute about food.  Driggers was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 60850-18

Burglary/Drug Arrest-  On November 11, 2018, Cpl. Stone responded to the 21600 block of Susan Lane in Lexington Park, for the reported burglary.  Cpl. Stone observed Darwin Terrell Banks, age 45 of Lexington Park, inside a storage shed on the property.  Banks was arrested for burglary and a suspected CDS smoking device with suspected cocaine residue was located on Banks.  Banks was charged with Burglary 4th Degree, CDS: Possess Paraphernalia, and CDS Possess -Not Marijuana.  CASE# 60865-18

Drug Arrest–  On November 12, 2018, DFC. Steinbach stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction in the 26400 block of Loveville Road in Mechanicsville.  The operator of the vehicle, Anthony Donald Forbes, age 56 of Mechanicsville, was operating the vehicle without having a valid driver’s license.  When Forbes was taken into custody, a suspected  CDS smoking device was located on the driver’s floorboard, containing suspected cocaine residue.  Forbes was arrested and charged with Driving Without a License, CDS Possession-Not Marijuana and CDS Possession- Paraphernalia.  CASE# 60923-18

Assault-  On November 13, 2018, Dep. Sidorowicz responded to the 21000 block of Great Mills Road in Great Mills, for the reported assault.  Investigation determined Thomas Richard Lee IV, age 32 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim during an argument by striking the victim in the face causing injury.  Lee was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 61141-18

Trespassing-  On November 13, 2018, Dep. T. Snyder responded to the 20800 block of Callaway Village in Callaway, for the reported disturbance.  John Scott Callicotte, age 54 of Callaway, was on the premise creating a disturbance and bothering employees.  Dep. Snyder served Callicotte with a notice not to trespass and directed him to leave the premises.  Callicotte returned to the business, and again created a disturbance.  Callicotte was arrested and charged with Trespass-Private Property.  CASE# 61256-18
