Calvert Sheriff’s searching for armed robber


On February 6th, 2018, at 9:34 p.m., Calvert Deputies were dispatched to the Shell gas station in Prince Frederick for a report of an armed robbery.  Units were on the scene within seconds of the broadcast.  However, the suspect had already fled the business.  The suspect is described as a black male wearing all black.  This case remains under investigation.  Anyone with any information is urged to contact Detective Livingston at 410-535-1600 ext. 2596 or


On February 7th, 2018, at 6:02 p.m., Calvert Deputies were dispatched to the Subway in Dunkirk, for a report of an armed robbery.  Deputies responded within minutes, but the suspect had already fled.  The suspect was described as a black male, 20 to 25 years of age, between 508 and 510.  This case is believed to be related to the armed robbery of the Prince Frederick Shell station from a day earlier.   Anyone with any information is urged to contact Detective Hawkins at 410-535-2800 or
